56	65		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:
57	66		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
58	67		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -1150 of Title 63, unless there
59	68		is created a duplicati on in numbering, reads as follows:
60	69		A. For the purposes of this section, the term "cultivated meat"
61	70		means a meat or meat product that was produced from cultured anim al
62		-	tissue produced from in vitro animal cell cultures outside of the
63		-	animal from which the cells were derived.

90	100		B. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture ,
91	101		sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute any cultivated meat
92	102		product in this state .
93	103		2. Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection
94	104		shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor .
95	105		C. 1. A seller of food under Sections 1 -1118, 1-1118.1, and 1-
96	106		1119 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes that sells or distributes
97	107		cultivated meat products in violation of subsection B of this
98	108		section shall be subject to all enfor cement measures as provided by
99		-	rule of the State Department of Health.

100	110		2. The license of a seller of food may be suspended or revoked ,

110	120		agreement, from conducting research in this state regarding the
111	121		production of cultivated meat products.
112		-	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
