42	42	An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma
43	43	Health Care Authority to expand coverage for Medicaid
44	44	services or programs; providing for codification;
45	45	providing an effective date ; and declaring an

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sectio n 4020 of Title 56, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall expand Medicaid
57	57	coverage for Medicaid services or programs for in-home physical
58	58	therapy, occupational therapy, and speech the rapy to ninety-six
59	59	percent (96%) of what Medicare coverage pays.
60	60	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
61	61	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
62	62	of the public peace, health or safety , an emergency is hereby
