5252 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5353 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5454 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sectio n 4020 of Title 56, unless there
5555 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5656 The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall expand Medicaid
5757 coverage for Medicaid services or programs for in-home physical
5858 therapy, occupational therapy, and speech the rapy to ninety-six
5959 percent (96%) of what Medicare coverage pays.
6060 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
6161 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
