AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to criminal procedure; enacting the
Criminal Procedure Act of 2025; providing for
noncodification; and providing an ef fective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Criminal
Procedure Act of 2025 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall bec ome effective November 1, 2025.
