39	46		O.S. 2021, Sections 3205.5 and 3205.6, which relate
40	47		to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education

48	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	56		SECTION 1. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2021, Sections 3205.5 and
50	57		3205.6, are hereby repealed.
51	58		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
52	59		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
53	60		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
54	61		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
55	62		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
