4040 An Act relating to agricultural education; amending
4141 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1104.3, which relates to the Ag
4242 in the Classroom Education Rev olving Fund; increasing
4343 the fee allocated to the fund from the Agricultural

4545 receipt of other monies to the fund; requiring
4646 certain monies to be expended for program expansion;

5353 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5454 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1104.3, is
5555 amended to read as follows:
5656 Section 1104.3. A. Twenty-four Dollars ($24.00) Twenty-seven
5757 Dollars ($27.00) of the fee authorized by Section 1135.5 of this
5858 title for Agricultural Awareness license plates shall be deposited
5959 to the Ag in the Classroom Education Revolving Fund created in
6060 subsection B of this section.
6161 B. 1. There is hereby created in the Stat e Treasury a
6262 revolving fund for the State Department of Agriculture to be
6363 designated the "Ag in the Classroom Education Revolving Fund ". The

9090 fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year
9191 limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
9292 Department pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this
9393 section, appropriated or apportioned by the Legislature and received
9494 as federal grants or funds, municipal contributions, private
9595 contributors, and received from other sources, for duties associated
9696 with this act. All monies accruing to the credit of such fund are
9797 hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
9898 Department for the purpose of Ag in the Classroom Education Program.
9999 Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon w arrants issued by the
100100 State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the
101101 Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
102102 approval and payment.
103103 2. All monies received by the Department above Twenty -four
104104 Dollars ($24.00) of the fee for the Agricultural Awareness license
105105 plates shall be allocated towar d the expansion of the Ag in the
106106 Classroom Education Program into urban areas.
107107 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
