40	40	An Act relating to agricultural education; amending
41	41	47 O.S. 2021, Section 1104.3, which relates to the Ag
42	42	in the Classroom Education Rev olving Fund; increasing
43	43	the fee allocated to the fund from the Agricultural
44	44	Awareness license plates; allowing appropriation and
45	45	receipt of other monies to the fund; requiring
46	46	certain monies to be expended for program expansion;

53	53	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	54	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1104.3, is
55	55	amended to read as follows:
56	56	Section 1104.3. A. Twenty-four Dollars ($24.00) Twenty-seven
57	57	Dollars ($27.00) of the fee authorized by Section 1135.5 of this
58	58	title for Agricultural Awareness license plates shall be deposited
59	59	to the Ag in the Classroom Education Revolving Fund created in
60	60	subsection B of this section.
61	61	B. 1. There is hereby created in the Stat e Treasury a
62	62	revolving fund for the State Department of Agriculture to be
63	63	designated the "Ag in the Classroom Education Revolving Fund ". The

90	90	fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year
91	91	limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
92	92	Department pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this
93	93	section, appropriated or apportioned by the Legislature and received
94	94	as federal grants or funds, municipal contributions, private
95	95	contributors, and received from other sources, for duties associated
96	96	with this act. All monies accruing to the credit of such fund are
97	97	hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the
98	98	Department for the purpose of Ag in the Classroom Education Program.
99	99	Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon w arrants issued by the
100	100	State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the
101	101	Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
102	102	approval and payment.
103	103	2. All monies received by the Department above Twenty -four
104	104	Dollars ($24.00) of the fee for the Agricultural Awareness license
105	105	plates shall be allocated towar d the expansion of the Ag in the
106	106	Classroom Education Program into urban areas.
107	107	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
