| 51 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 57 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 397 of Title 59, unless there is | |
| 53 | 58 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 59 | This section shall modify the Oklahoma Administrative Code | |
| 55 | 60 | Section 235:10-11-1 by the following provisions: | |
| 56 | 61 | 1. Penalties for vendor payments may only be imposed after a | |
| 57 | 62 | formal court judgment; | |
| 58 | 63 | 2. Penalties may only be imposed on funeral establishments and | |
| 59 | 64 | may not be imposed against the Funeral Director in Charge; | |
| 60 | - | 3. These rules are only applicable to active funeral | |
