4045 An Act relating to professions and occupations;

5055 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5156 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5257 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 397 of Title 59, unless there is
5358 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5459 This section shall modify the Oklahoma Administrative Code
5560 Section 235:10-11-1 by the following provisions:
5661 1. Penalties for vendor payments may only be imposed after a
5762 formal court judgment;
5863 2. Penalties may only be imposed on funeral establishments and
5964 may not be imposed against the Funeral Director in Charge;
60-3. These rules are only applicable to active funeral
61-establishments;

92+3. These rules are only applicable to active funeral

8995 federal bankruptcy laws; and
9096 5. All cash payments made in advance must meet the requirements

9298 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
