| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statute s as Section 397 of Title 59, unless there is | |
| 53 | 53 | created a duplication in numberi ng, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | This section shall modify the Oklahoma Administrative Code | |
| 55 | 55 | Section 235:10-11-1 by the following provisions: | |
| 56 | 56 | 1. Penalties for vendor payments may only be im posed after a | |
| 57 | 57 | formal court judgment ; | |
| 58 | 58 | 2. Penalties may only be imposed on funeral establishments and | |
| 59 | 59 | may not be imposed against the Funeral Director in Charge ; | |
| 60 | 60 | 3. These rules are only applicable to active funeral | |
| 61 | 61 | establishments; | |
