52	52	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
53	53	1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
54	54	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
55	55	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
56	56	the following proposed amendment to the Constitution o f the State of
57	57	Oklahoma by adding a new Section 64 to Article V thereof, to read as
58	58	follows:
59	59	Section 64. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
60	60	"Oklahoma Pension Reform Act of 2025 ".
61	61	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed C onstitutional
62	62	amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in
63	63	the following form:

92	92	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
93	93	This measure adds a new section to Article 5 of the Oklahoma
