5252 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
5353 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
5454 SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
5555 their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
5656 the following proposed amendment to the Constitution o f the State of
5757 Oklahoma by adding a new Section 64 to Article V thereof, to read as
5858 follows:
5959 Section 64. This act shall be known and may be cited as the
6060 "Oklahoma Pension Reform Act of 2025 ".
6161 SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed C onstitutional
6262 amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in
