63	54		WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
64	55		Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint
65	56		resolution prepared for consideration each session.
66	57		NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
67	58		AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
	59	+	SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves a ll proposed
	60	+	permanent rules of the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence
	61	+	filed on or before February 1, 2025.
	62	+	SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves a ll proposed
	63	+	permanent rules of the Attorney General filed on or before February

112	102		permanent rules of the Department of Public Safety filed on or
113	103		before February 1, 2025, except for 595:25-5-15(e) which is hereby
114	104		disapproved.
115	105		SECTION 7. The Legislature hereby approves a ll proposed
116	106		permanent rules of the State Board of Licens ed Social Workers filed
117	107		on or before February 1, 2025.
