17	48		WHEREAS, school libraries provide access to a wide variety o f
18	49		resources and literature, including print and digital materials,
19	50		research databases, and emerging technologies, ensuring all learners
20	51		have the tools to think critically and expand their knowledge; and

22	52		WHEREAS, school libraries cultivate a love of reading and
23	53		intellectual exploration by offering engaging materials, inquiry -
24	54		based learning opportunities, and creative experiences that inspire
25	55		curiosity and lifelong learning; and

27	56		WHEREAS, school librarians are highly trained professionals with
28	57		advanced degrees and specialized certifications, equipping them to
29	58		support students, educators, and families in effectively navigating
30	59		and utilizing information across diverse formats; and
