7979 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
8080 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8181 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -5-131 of Title 27A, unless
8282 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8383 A. The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any
8484 means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus
8585 within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with express
8686 purpose of affecting temp erature, weather, or the intensity of
8787 sunlight is prohibited.
8888 B. The Governor may direct the Oklahoma Air National Guard to

149149 1087.17, 1087.18, 1087.19, 1087.20, 1801.1, 1801.2, and 1801.4 , are
150150 hereby repealed.
151151 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
