46 | 78 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 427.13, as | |

99 | 155 | d. a complete inventory of all marijuana, seeds, pl ant | |
100 | 156 | tissue, clones, plants, usable marijuana or trim, | |
101 | 157 | leaves and other plant ma tter, batches of extract, and | |
102 | 158 | marijuana concentrates, | |
103 | 159 | e. all samples sent to a testing laboratory, an unused | |
104 | 160 | portion of a sample returned to a licensee, all | |
105 | 161 | samples utilized by licensee for purposes of | |
106 | 162 | negotiating a sale, and | |
107 | 163 | f. all samples used for quality testing by a licensee. | |

198 | 302 | 2. Capabilities that allow the medical marijuana business | |
199 | 303 | licensees to submit data to the Authority directly through an | |
200 | 304 | application program interface (API), data interchange service tool, | |
201 | 305 | or by other means or technology acceptable to the Authority ; | |
202 | 306 | 3. Automated reporting for inventory and point of sale | |
203 | 307 | discrepancies; and | |
204 | 308 | 4. Technology for payments, sales, and tax collection. | |
205 | 309 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. | |
