79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of
81	81	Management and Enterpris e Services from any monies not otherwise
82	82	appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
83	83	the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 6, the sum of One Hundred
84	84	Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
85	85	necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Office of
86	86	Management and Enterprise Services by law.
87	87	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
88	88	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
