79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma
81	81	Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry from any monies not
82	82	otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
83	83	Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, the sum of One
84	84	Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
85	85	necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Oklahoma Department
86	86	of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry by law.
87	87	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
88	88	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
