69	69	An Act relating to appropr iations; making an
70	70	appropriation to the Department of Public Safety;
71	71	stating purpose; and declaring an emergency.

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Department of
77	77	Public Safety from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
78	78	General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
79	79	ending June 30, 2026, the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
80	80	($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to perfor m the
81	81	duties imposed upon the Department of Public Safety by law.
82	82	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
83	83	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
84	84	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
85	85	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
