6565 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Police Pension and

7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 50 -136.10 of Title 11, unless
7676 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 A. Except as provided in subsect ion B of this section, any
7878 person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Police Pension and
7979 Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, and who continues to receive
8080 benefits on or after the effective date of this act, shall receive a
8181 five percent (5%) increase in benefits.
8282 B. For any member of the System who joined prior to January 1,
8383 1981, who shall have his or her pension increased or decreased by
8484 one-third (1/3) of any increase or dec rease to the base salary of a
