49+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
50+SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 14 -122, is
51+amended to read as follows:
52+Section 14-122. A. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
53+1104 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes this title, the first
54+Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) Ten Million Dollars
55+($10,000,000.00) of the following fees shall be deposited in the
56+Weigh Station Improvement Revolving Fund created in Section 1167 of
57+this title, and the next Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,00 0.00) of the
58+following fees shall be deposited in the General Revenue Fund to be
59+apportioned as follows :
60+1. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of any fee collected for a minimum
61+permit fee pursuant to Section 14 -116 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma
62+Statutes this title;

46-BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
47-SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Weigh Station
48-Improvement Revolving Fund, created pursuant to Section 1167 of
49-Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, from any monies not otherwise
50-appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
51-the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Nine Million
52-Dollars ($9,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
53-perform the duties imposed upon the Department o f Transportation by
54-law.
55-SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
56-SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
57-of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby
58-declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
59-be in full force from and after its passage and approval.

99+B. Any fees collected pursuant to Sections 14 -116, 14-120, and
100+14-121 of Title 47 of the Okla homa Statutes this title that are in
101+excess of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) shall be
102+apportioned as otherwise provided for in the sections specified in
103+this subsection.
