73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4.3 of Title 57 , unless there is
76	76	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	A. Any facility administered by the Department of Corrections
78	78	shall provide clean and safe accommodations for the pumping ,
79	79	storage, and delivery of breast milk for inmates who are lactating.
80	80	Such accommodations shall include , but not be limited to:
81	81	1. Equipment with which to pump breastmilk;
82	82	2. Breastmilk storage bags;
83	83	3. Refrigeration or freezing of breastmilk; and
84	84	4. Safe handling of the breastmilk from the facility to an
85	85	individual designated by the inmate to collect the breastmilk.

138	138	administer the provisions of this section.
139	139	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
