65	65	into and administer the Summer Electronic Benefits
66	66	Transfer (Summer EBT) program; prescribing additional

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 241.5 of Title 56, u nless there
76	76	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	Beginning with the 2026 program year, the Department of Human
78	78	Services shall opt into and administer the Summ er Electronic
79	79	Benefits Transfer (Summer EBT) program created under the federal
80	80	Consolidated Appropriations Act , 2023. The Department shall submit
81	81	the necessary documents and fulfill any federal requirements
82	82	necessary to participate in the Summer EBT progr am beginning with
83	83	the 2026 program year .
84	84	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
