| 69 | 69 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 70 | 70 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma | |
| 71 | 71 | Department of Commerce from any monies not otherwise appropriated | |
| 72 | 72 | from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal | |
| 73 | 73 | year ending June 30, 2024, the sum of Twenty Million Dollars | |
| 74 | 74 | ($20,000,000.00) for the purpose of providing a rebate for capital | |
| 75 | 75 | investments in an establishment that refines, manufactures, or | |
| 76 | 76 | processes compounds or elements into hydrogen -based products in | |
| 77 | 77 | industries defined or classified in the North American Industry | |
| 78 | 78 | Classification System ( NAICS) Manual under Subsector 324 or 325 or | |
