77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEO PLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2904.1 of Title 74, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	There is hereby creat ed the Oklahoma Rental Assistance Grant
82	82	Program to be administered by the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency
83	83	for the purpose of assisting people with rental subsidies who were
84	84	evicted due to the C OVID-19 pandemic. The program shall be funded
85	85	through legislative appropriations, federal funds, and private
86	86	donations to the Oklahoma Renta l Assistance Revolving Fund created
87	87	pursuant to Section 2 of this act. The Oklahoma Housing Finance
88	88	Agency shall promulgate rules to establish the program.

140	140	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
141	141	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1204.2 of Title 74, unless there
142	142	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
143	143	There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
144	144	for the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency to be designated the
145	145	“Oklahoma Rental Assistanc e Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a
146	146	continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall
147	147	consist of all monies received by the Agency from legislative
148	148	appropriations, federal funds, and private donations provided for
149	149	the purpose of administering the Oklahoma Rental Assistance Grant
150	150	Program. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
151	151	appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Agency for th e
152	152	purpose provided for in this act. Expenditures from the fund shall
153	153	be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims
154	154	filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of
155	155	Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payme nt.
156	156	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
157	157	SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
158	158	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
159	159	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
160	160	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
