7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new se ction of law to be codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 143 of Title 63, unless there is
8080 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8181 A. The Corporation Commiss ion shall coordinate with the Office
8282 of Management and Enterprise Services and Oklahoma One-Call System,
8383 Inc. to establish a GIS-based web service application to support
8484 public works projects, utility planning, and infrastructure
8585 coordination. The application shall be a voluntary , free-of-charge
8686 platform to promote efficiencies and identify opportunities for
8787 entities to coordinate efforts on public works activities. Entities
8888 conducting public works projects may utilize the application to

140140 share project information, the geographic scope of a given project,
141141 and other high-level project details for the purpose of coordinating
142142 public works projects with similar timelines.
143143 B. The Commission shall s olicit public comment from potential
144144 public works participants i n the program, including internet service
145145 providers, public utilities, municip al utilities, oil and gas
146146 operators, political subdivisions , and any other industrial,
147147 commercial, or public entities which may have an interest in
148148 potential projects.
149149 C. The Commission shall contract with an outside entity
150150 pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The
151151 Commission shall promulgate rules to effectuate the provisions of
152152 this section.
153153 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
