77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Se ction 3-119, is
79	79	amended to read as follows:
80	80	Section 3-119. A. Funds appropriated to the State Board of
81	81	Education for School Lunch Matching school lunch matching and School
82	82	Lunch Programs school lunch programs shall be apportioned by the
83	83	State Board of Education to each school district for the purpose of
84	84	providing meals for children in compliance with the National School
85	85	Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and Public Law 91-248,
86	86	as they may hereafter be amended or supplemented.
87	87	B. For the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years, school
88	88	districts shall provide meals at no cost to a child who is a member

140	140	of a household in which the total annual income during the preceding
141	141	tax year did not exceed an amount equal to two hundred fifty percent
142	142	(250%) of the federal poverty level. Funds shall be apportioned by
143	143	the State Board of Education pursuant to subsection A of this
144	144	section to each school district for the purposes of this sub section.
145	145	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
146	146	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
147	147	of the public peace, health, or safety, an emergency is hereby
148	148	declared to exist, by reason w hereof this act shall take effect and
149	149	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
