| 144 | 144 | | D. 1. The annual, nonrefundable fee for a medical marijuana |

| 145 | 145 | | transporter license shall be Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars |
|---|
| 146 | 146 | | ($2,500.00). |

| 147 | 147 | | 2. The initial, nonrefundable fee for a medical marijuana |
|---|
| 148 | 148 | | commercial grower license sha ll be calculated based upon the total |
|---|
| 149 | 149 | | amount of square feet of canopy or acres the grower estimates will |
|---|
| 150 | 150 | | be harvested, transferred, or sold for the year. The annual, |
|---|
| 151 | 151 | | nonrefundable license fee shall be based upon the total amount of |
|---|
| 152 | 152 | | square feet of canopy o r acres harvested, transferred, or sold by |
|---|
| 153 | 153 | | the grower during the previous twelve (12) months. The amount of |

|---|
| 1113 | 1113 | | 2. Approved applicants shall be issued a medical marijuana |

| 1114 | 1114 | | business license for the specific category applied under, which |

| 1115 | 1115 | | shall act as proof of their approved status. Rejection and denial |
|---|
| 1116 | 1116 | | letters shall provide a reason for the rejection or denial. |
|---|
| 1117 | 1117 | | Applications may only be rejected or denied based on the applicant |
|---|
| 1118 | 1118 | | not meeting the standards set forth in the provisions of the |
|---|
| 1119 | 1119 | | Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protec tion Act and Sections |
|---|
| 1120 | 1120 | | 420 through 426.1 of this title, improper completion of the |
|---|
| 1121 | 1121 | | application, unpaid license or application fees, or for a reason |
|---|
| 1122 | 1122 | | provided for in the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient |
|---|
| 1123 | 1123 | | Protection Act and Sections 420 through 426.1 of t his title. If an |
|---|
| 1124 | 1124 | | application is rejected for failure to provide required information, |
|---|
| 1125 | 1125 | | the applicant shall have thirty (30) days to submit the required |
|---|
| 1126 | 1126 | | information for reconsideration. Unless the Authority determines |

| 1196 | 1196 | | 3. A corporation, if the criminal history of any of its |
|---|
| 1197 | 1197 | | officers, directors or stockholders indicates that the o fficer, |
|---|
| 1198 | 1198 | | director or stockholder has been convicted of a nonviolent felony |
|---|
| 1199 | 1199 | | within two (2) years of the date of application, or within five (5) |

| 1343 | 1343 | | J. The failure of an applicant or licensee to provide the |

| 1346 | 1346 | | K. All applicants and licensees shall submit information to the |
|---|
| 1347 | 1347 | | Authority in a full, faithful, truthful and fair manner. The |

| 1348 | 1348 | | Authority may recommend denial of an application where the applicant |

| 1349 | 1349 | | or licensee made mis statements, omissions, misrepresentations or |
