53	46		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	47		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -181, is
55	48		amended to read as follows:
56	49		Section 1-181. Transporter.
57	50		Every “Transporter” shall mean every person engaged in the
58	51		business of delivering vehicles of a type required to be registered
59	52		hereunder from a manufacturing, assembling , or distributing plant to
60	53		dealers or sales agents of a manufacturer or from the place of
61	54		business of a dealer, sales agent, or auto auction to a p lace of
62	55		business of the same or another dealer, sales agent , or auto
63	56		auction, or while engaged in the business of dealing vehicles to a
	57	+	salvage pool operated in accordance with Section 591.11 of this
	58	+	title.
	59	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
