7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.22.1 of Title 59, unless
7676 there is created a duplica tion in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin shall be over -
7878 the-counter drugs and a pharmacist or pharmacy shall not require a
7979 prescription for the purchase of such drugs. If the State Board of
8080 Pharmacy finds that a pharmacist or pharmacy is in violation of this
8181 section, the Board shall immediately revoke the license of the
8282 pharmacist or pharmacy and fine the pharmacist or pharmacy One
8383 Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence.
8484 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
