67	67	prohibiting pharmacist or pharmacy from requiri ng
68	68	prescription; providing penalties; providing for
69	69	codification; and providing an effective date .

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.22.1 of Title 59, unless
76	76	there is created a duplica tion in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin shall be over -
78	78	the-counter drugs and a pharmacist or pharmacy shall not require a
79	79	prescription for the purchase of such drugs. If the State Board of
80	80	Pharmacy finds that a pharmacist or pharmacy is in violation of this
81	81	section, the Board shall immediately revoke the license of the
82	82	pharmacist or pharmacy and fine the pharmacist or pharmacy One
83	83	Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence.
84	84	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
