75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3 -111 of Title 47, unless th ere
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. Any directive or instruction regarding policy and rules that
80	80	is to be given by an employee of Service Oklahoma to another
81	81	employee of Service Oklahoma shall be in writing and shall clearly
82	82	state who is providing the directive or instruction. Any employee
83	83	who gives a directive or instruction that violates state statute or
84	84	legislative intent shall be suspended for thirty (30) days without
85	85	pay.

137	137	B. For the purposes of this section “employee of Service
138	138	Oklahoma” shall mean any individual currently employed by Service
139	139	Oklahoma, including the Executive Director.
140	140	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
