49 | 75 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

50 | 76 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 804, as |

51 | 77 | | amended by Section 28, Chapte r 310, O.S.L. 2023 (47 O.S. Supp. 2024, |

52 | 78 | | Section 804), is amended to read as follows: |

53 | 79 | | Section 804. A. No person shall act as an instructor unless |
---|
54 | 80 | | such person applies for and obt ains from Service Oklahoma a license |
---|
55 | 81 | | in the manner and form prescribed by Service Oklahoma. |

56 | 82 | | B. Rules promulgated by Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with |
---|
57 | 83 | | the Department of Public Safety, shall state the requirements for an |
---|
58 | 84 | | instructor’s license, including requirements concerning moral |
---|
59 | 85 | | character, physical condition, knowledge of the courses of |
---|
60 | 86 | | instruction, motor vehicle laws and safety principles and practices, |
---|
61 | 87 | | previous personnel and employment records, and such other matters as |

94 | 144 | | disability, or other circumstance, is unable to op erate an |

95 | 145 | | unmodified motor vehicle and must operate a modified motor vehicle |
---|
96 | 146 | | that accommodates such injury, disability, or other circumstance. |

97 | 147 | | SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation |
---|
98 | 148 | | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby |
---|
99 | 149 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and |
---|
100 | 150 | | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. |
