75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15 -133 of Title 47, unless the re
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	For the purpose of this section, “motorcycle profiling ” means
80	80	the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle
81	81	or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to
82	82	stop and question, take enforcement action against, arrest, or
83	83	search a person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the
84	84	United States Constitution or the Oklahoma Constitution.
85	85	Every law enforcement agency in this state shall be required to
86	86	review and audit its existing procedures, practices, and training
87	87	related to motorcycle profiling.
