75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 40 O.S. 2021, Section 197.2, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 197.2. It shall be unlawful to employ workers in any
79	79	industry or occupation within the State of Oklahoma this state under
80	80	conditions of labor detrimental to their health or m orals and it
81	81	shall be unlawful to employ workers in any industry within the State
82	82	of Oklahoma this state at wages which are not adequate for their
83	83	maintenance. Except as otherwise provided in the Oklahoma Minimum
84	84	Wage Act, no employer within the State of Oklahoma employers of this
85	85	state shall pay any employee employees a wage of not less than
86	86	Thirteen Dollars ($13.00) an hour with an increase of fifty cents
87	87	($0.50) per year over a five -year period after the effective date of
