64	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
65	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be cod ified
66	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.468 of Title 69, unless
67	57		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
68	58		The bridge on U.S. Highway 70 crossing over South 9th Avenue of
69	59		Durant in Bryan County shall be designated as the “ABLE Agent Lori
	60	+	Thomas Memorial Bridge ”. The Department of Transportation shall
	61	+	cause suitable permanent markers bearing that nam e to be placed on
	62	+	the bridge.

160	150		of East 990 Road extending north to the intersection of East
161	151		Memorial Road in Lincoln County shall be designated as the “SFC
162	152		Tomas L. Avey Bronze Star and P urple Heart Recipient Memorial
163	153		Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
164	154		permanent markers bearing t hat name to be placed on the highway.
