7171 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7272 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7373 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -6-121 of Title 27A, unless
7474 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7575 A. The Office of the Attorney General shall establish a
7676 centralized statewide hotline for the reporting of water quality
7777 concerns. The Office shall coordinate with the Department of
7878 Environmental Quality to investigate complaints and conduct any
7979 water quality sampling, testing, and enforcement measures deemed
8080 necessary.
8181 B. The Office of the Attorney General may promulgate rules to
8282 effectuate the provisions of this section.
8383 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
