| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 73 | 73 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -6-121 of Title 27A, unless | |
| 74 | 74 | there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 75 | 75 | A. The Office of the Attorney General shall establish a | |
| 76 | 76 | centralized statewide hotline for the reporting of water quality | |
| 77 | 77 | concerns. The Office shall coordinate with the Department of | |
| 78 | 78 | Environmental Quality to investigate complaints and conduct any | |
| 79 | 79 | water quality sampling, testing, and enforcement measures deemed | |
| 80 | 80 | necessary. | |
| 81 | 81 | B. The Office of the Attorney General may promulgate rules to | |
| 82 | 82 | effectuate the provisions of this section. | |
| 83 | 83 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. | |
