75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 295 of T itle 17, unless there is
78	78	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	In addition to any other alert and warning requirements required
80	80	by law, any public utility, as defined pursuant to Section 151 of
81	81	Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall devel op an energy alert
82	82	system for the purpose of coordinating communications with county
83	83	and municipal governments. The system shall alert county and
84	84	municipal governments about potential outages, requests for usage
85	85	reduction during time periods of high deman d, and any other
86	86	communications deemed necessary to maintain a stable and secu re
87	87	electric grid.
