39	63		An Act relating to solid waste management; exempting
40	64		combustor entities subject to certain oversight from
41	65		subsequent regulation; providi ng for codification;

47	71		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
48	72		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
49	73		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -10-206 of Title 27A, unl ess
50	74		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
51	75		Any municipal waste combustor subject to oversight under 40
52	76		C.F.R., Part 60, Subpart Eb, and regulation by the Department of
53	77		Environmental Quality shall be exempt from any subsequent regula tion
54	78		by the Department of Environmental Quality relating to general -
55	79		purpose waste incineration or incineration of specified waste
56	80		sources, including, but not limited to : biomedical waste; hospital,
57	81		medical, and infectious waste ; commercial solid waste ; and
58	82		industrial solid waste.
59	83		SECTION 2. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
60	84		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
