| 71 | 71 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 72 | 72 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the University | |
| 73 | 73 | Hospitals Authority from any monies not otherwise appropriated from | |
| 74 | 74 | the General Revenue Fund of t he State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 75 | 75 | ending June 30, 2023, the sum of Three H undred Thousand Dollars | |
| 76 | 76 | ($300,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to contract | |
| 77 | 77 | with a nonprofit that provides access to dentists at no cost to the | |
| 78 | 78 | patients. | |
| 79 | 79 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025. | |
| 80 | 80 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 81 | 81 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 82 | 82 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
| 83 | 83 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
