155 | 158 | | c. wages before and after participation i n programs, |

156 | 159 | | d. degree or certificate conferred on each participant, |

157 | 160 | | e. number of jobs open needing degrees or certificates, |
---|
158 | 161 | | f. labor force and economic information, and |
---|
159 | 162 | | g. any other information the Commission deems appropriate |
---|
160 | 163 | | to guide funding decisions, f acilitate its work or the |

161 | 164 | | work of workforce development e ntities in the state, |

199 | 203 | | 14. To make recommendations to the Legislature to improve |

200 | 204 | | workforce development prog rams in the state; and |

201 | 205 | | 15. To implement programs designed to expand workforce |
---|
202 | 206 | | development. |

203 | 207 | | SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |
---|
204 | 208 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 905 of Title 40, unless there is |
---|
205 | 209 | | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: |

206 | 210 | | A. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 904 of Title 40 of the |

207 | 211 | | Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma Workforce Commission shall implement |

250 | 255 | | d. develop career-connected high schools. |

251 | 256 | | B. The Commission may administer these programs through funds |
---|
252 | 257 | | in the Workforce Coordination Revolving Fund created in S ection |
---|
253 | 258 | | 255.4 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes. |
---|
254 | 259 | | C. The Commission shall promulgate rules necessary to implement |
---|
255 | 260 | | the provisions of this section. |
