261 | 244 | 3. Agreement by the state agency to be bound by the standards, | |
262 | 245 | policies, and oversight set forth by the Chief Information Officer | |
263 | 246 | for security and data integrity purposes; and | |
264 | 247 | 4. Any other terms deemed necessary by the Chief Information | |
265 | 248 | Officer or the state agency. | |
266 | 249 | No information technology personnel shall be hired or retained | |
267 | 250 | by the state agency until a memorandum of understanding has been | |
268 | 251 | fully executed by both the Chief Information Officer and the state | |
269 | 252 | agency. | |
253 | + | C. The Chief Information Officer, at his or her discretion, may | |
254 | + | audit the state agency ’s compliance with the provisions of the | |
255 | + | memorandum of understanding and any other requirements of this | |
