59	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
60	51		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 72 O.S. 2021, Section 63.18A, is
61	52		amended to read as follows:
62	53		Section 63.18A. The following positions and personnel at the
63	54		Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs shall be in the unclassified
64	55		civil service exempt as provided in the Oklahoma Personnel Act Civil
65	56		Service and Human Capital Modernization Act :
66	57		1. Physicians assistants;
67	58		2. Occupational therapists;

	60	+	4. Pharmacists;
	61	+	5. Speech pathologists;

104	94		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 72 O.S. 2021, Section 64, is

106	96		Section 64. The status of positions that have been exempted by
107	97		executive order and positions previously authorized to be in the
108	98		unclassified service exempt from civil service rules are not
109	99		affected by this act.
110	100		SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
