353 | 519 | | means a place of busin ess where a licensed massage therapist |

354 | 520 | | provides massage therapy services to clients in exchange for |
---|
355 | 521 | | payment. Massage therapy establishment does not include the home of |
---|
356 | 522 | | a client. |
---|
357 | 523 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025. |
