7979 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
8080 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
8181 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
8282 This act shall be known as and may be c ited as the “Voter Roll
8383 Integrity and Maintenance Act ”.
8484 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8585 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-122 of Title 26, unless there
8686 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follo ws:
8787 A. 1. The Secretary of the State Election Board shall prepare
8888 and submit an annual report, as provided for in subsection B of this
8989 section, to the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate,

141141 and the Speaker of the House of Representatives no l ater than
142142 January 31 of each year.
143143 2. Each secretary of a county election board shall prepare and
144144 submit an annual report, as provided for in subsection B of this
145145 section, to the Secretary of the State Election Board no later than
146146 January 15 of each year.
147147 B. 1. The reports required in subsection A of this section
148148 shall include the following information:
149149 a. a summary of efforts undertaken during the preceding
150150 calendar year to prevent non -citizens from being added
151151 to the voter rolls,
152152 b. actions taken to remove any identified non -citizens or
153153 other ineligible persons from the voter rolls,
154154 including the total number of removed individuals and
155155 reasons for removal,
156156 c. any coordination or collaboration with federal, state,
157157 and local agencies to verify voter eligi bility, and
158158 d. an analysis of the efficacy of current voter
159159 registration maintenance processes and any
160160 recommendations for improvements.
161161 2. The report of the Secretary of the State Election Board shall
162162 include aggregated statewide data as well as a summary of county-
163163 level reports.

215215 C. The Secretary shall publish the statewide report on the
216216 official state website within thirty (30) days of submission to the
217217 Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker
218218 of the House of Representatives, to ensure public transparency.
219219 D. Failure by the secretary of a county election board to
220220 submit the required report by the specified deadline shall result in
221221 notification from the Secretary, providing a fourteen -day grace
222222 period for compliance. Repeated failure to comply with the
223223 provisions of this act shall result in a written referral to the
224224 Secretary for review and potential disciplinary action as de emed
225225 appropriate by the Secretary.
226226 E. The Legislature shall retain exclusive authority to
227227 establish statutes necessary for implement ation of the provisions of
228228 this act. The Secretary of State may promulgate rules necessary to
229229 implement the requirements of this section and submit to the
230230 legislature for approval as required by law .
231231 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
