69	69	enforcement or implementation of certain mandates;
70	70	requiring and prohibiting certain actions by the
71	71	state and political subdivisions; and declaring an

77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 376, O.S.L.
79	79	2024 (74 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 6301), is amended to read as
80	80	follows:
81	81	Section 6301. A. The World Health Organization, the Unite d
82	82	Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no jurisdiction in this
83	83	state. The state and its political subdivisions, including, but not
84	84	limited to, counties, cities, towns, precincts, water districts,
85	85	school districts, school administrative units, or qua si-public
86	86	entities, shall not be compelled to engage in the enforcement of, or
87	87	any collaboration with the enforcement of, any requirements or
88	88	mandates issued by the World Health Organization, the United

140	140	Nations, or the World Economic Forum . No rule, regulation, fee,
141	141	tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health
142	142	Organization, United Nations, or the World Economic Forum shall be
143	143	enforced or implemented by the state or its political subdivisions .
144	144	B. Any requirements or mandates issued by the World Health
145	145	Organization, the United Nations, or the World Economic Forum shall
146	146	not be used in this state as a basis for action, nor to direct,
147	147	order, or otherwise impose, contrary to the constitution and laws of
148	148	this state, any requirements whatsoever, includi ng those for masks,
149	149	vaccines, or medical testing, or gather any public or private
150	150	information about the state ’s citizens or residents, and shall have
151	151	no force or effect in this state.
152	152	C. The state and its political subdivisions:
153	153	1. Shall resist all effor ts by the World Health Organization,
154	154	the United Nations, the World Economic Fo rum, and other
155	155	international governmental and nongovernmental organizations to
156	156	exercise jurisdiction within this state; and
157	157	2. Shall not cooperate with efforts by United States federal
158	158	authorities to implement rules, regulations, and mandates
159	159	originating from such international governmental and nongovernmental
160	160	organizations that infringe on the sovereignty of this state and the
161	161	individual freedoms of the state ’s citizens or residents.
162	162	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the prese rvation
163	163	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
