65	65	An Act relating to public health; prohibiting
66	66	manufacture or sale of food containing vaccine or
67	67	vaccine material; defining term; providing for
68	68	codification; and declaring an emergency .

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -1332 of Title 63, unless th ere
76	76	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	A. No person or entity in this state shall manufacture, sell,
78	78	or deliver, hold, or offer for sale any food that contains a vaccine
79	79	or vaccine material.
80	80	B. As used in this section, “vaccine or vaccine material” means
81	81	a substance intended for use in humans to stimulate the production
82	82	of antibodies and provide immunity against disease, prepared from
83	83	the causative agent of a disease, its products, or a synthetic
84	84	substitute, treated to act as an anti gen without inducing the
85	85	disease, that is authorized or approved by the United States Food
86	86	and Drug Administration.

139	139	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereb y
140	140	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
141	141	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
