6565 An Act relating to county sheriffs; authorizing

7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 509 of Title 19, unless there is
7676 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 Any county sheriff is aut horized to work in conjunction with the
7878 United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United
7979 States Customs and Border Protection to detain undocumented
8080 immigrants.
8181 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
