73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 509 of Title 19, unless there is
76	76	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77	77	Any county sheriff is aut horized to work in conjunction with the
78	78	United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United
79	79	States Customs and Border Protection to detain undocumented
80	80	immigrants.
81	81	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
