5073 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5174 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 49 -143.8 of Title 11, unless
76+there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
77+A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, and
78+persons receiving ben efits pursuant to Section 49 -101 of Title 11 of
79+the Oklahoma Statutes, any member of the Oklahoma Firefighters
80+Pension and Retirement System receiving benefits from the System as
81+of June 30, 2025, who continues to receive benefits on or after the
82+effective date of this act shall receive a five percent (5%)
83+increase in benefits.
84+B. 1. For any member of the System who joined prior to January
85+1, 1981, who shall have his or her pensi on or the pension of his or
86+her surviving spouse increased or decreased by on e-half (1/2) of all

138+increases or decreases which shall occur in the salary of a regular
139+firefighter in the municipality from which the member is receiving a
140+pension, any increase in benefits shall be used to offset the
141+increase provided in subsection A of this section.
142+2. For the purposes of this section, “regular firefighter”
143+means a salaried firefighter who has reached his or her maximum
144+salary as a private in his or her departm ent and has not been
145+promoted to a position of rank.
146+C. Effective July 1, 20 26, any persons receiving benefits
147+pursuant to Section 49 -101 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes
148+shall receive an increase of five percent (5%) of the amount
149+prescribed in Section 49-143.7 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
150+SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
151+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 50 -136.10 of Title 11, unless
152+there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows :
153+A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any
154+person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Police Pension and
155+Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, and who continues to receive
156+benefits on or after the effective date of this act shall recei ve a
157+five percent (5%) increase in benefits.
158+B. For any member of the System who joined prior to January 1,
159+1981, who shall have his or her pension increased or decreased by
160+one-third (1/3) of any increase or decrease to the base salary of a
161+regular police officer, any increase in benefits a person is

215+SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
216+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1104L of Title 20, unless there
217+is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
218+Any person receiving benefits from the Uniform Retirement System
219+for Justices and Judges as of June 30, 2025, who continues to
220+receive benefits on or after the effective date of this act shall
221+receive a five percent (5 %) increase in benefits.
222+SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
223+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -305.13 of Title 47, unless
224+there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
225+A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any
226+person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement
227+Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, and who continues to receive
228+benefits on or after the effective date of this act shall receive a
229+five percent (5%) increa se in benefits.
230+B. Any increase in benefits a person is eligible to receive
231+pursuant to subsection B, C, or D of Section 2 -305 of Title 47 of
232+the Oklahoma Statutes after the effe ctive date of this act shall be
233+offset by the increase in benefits provided by this section.
234+SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
235+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 17 -116.23 of Title 70, unless
236+there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

289+System of Oklahoma as of June 30, 2025, who continues to receive
290+benefits on or after the effective date of this act shall receive a
291+five percent (5%) increase in benefits.
292+SECTION 6. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52293 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 930.12 of Title 74, unless there
53294 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54295 Any person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Public Employees
55296 Retirement System as of June 30, 2025, wh o continues to receive
56297 benefits on or after the effective date of this act shall receive a
57-two percent (2%) increase in benefits.
