71	71	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
72	72	SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3 of Article V of the Oklahoma
73	73	Constitution, there is hereby ordered the following legislative
74	74	referendum which shal l be filed with the Secretary of State and
75	75	addressed to the Governor of the state, who shall submit the same to
76	76	the people for their approval or rejection at the next General
77	77	Election.
78	78	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2 -441 of Title 63, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	Any person who unlawfully possesses a control led dangerous
82	82	substance while also in possession of a firearm shall, upon
83	83	conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the
84	84	custody of the Department of Corrections for a term not more than
85	85	five (5) years.

137	137	SECTION 3. The Ballot Title for the proposed act shall be in

141	141	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
142	142	This measure adds a new section of law related to controlled
143	143	dangerous substances. The measure creates a felony offense for
144	144	being in possession of a firear m while also in possession of a
145	145	controlled dangerous substance.

149	149	SECTION 4. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall,

152	152	hereof, with the Secretary of State and one copy wi th the Attorney
