67	67	systems; specifying certain covered insu lin delivery
68	68	system; directing the Oklahoma Health Care Authority

70	70	codification; providing an effective date; and

77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 5009.7 of Title 63, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	A. The state Medicaid program shall, when medically ne cessary
82	82	for the management or treatment of diabetes, cover insulin and
83	83	insulin delivery systems. Covered insulin delivery systems shall
84	84	include, but not be limited to, a tubeless, wearable insulin pump
85	85	that delivers insulin automatically.
86	86	B. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall seek any federal
87	87	approval necessary to implement this section.
88	88	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.

140	140	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
141	141	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
142	142	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
143	143	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
