2173 WHEREAS, nationwide, the week of April 6 , 2025, through April
2274 12, 2025, is National Crime Victims ’ Rights Week; and

2475 WHEREAS, the theme this year for National Crime Victims ’ Rights
2576 Week is “Kinship, Connecting, and Healing ”; and

2777 WHEREAS, all victims deserve equal righ ts throughout the

3079 WHEREAS, the victims’ rights being pursued aim to provide
3180 coequal protections that are no more or no less than the rights
