35	71		WHEREAS, Oklahoma employs more than 33,000 state employees who
36	72		serve in a wide range of roles; and

38	73		WHEREAS, these employees are the backbone of our state
39	74		government and play an essential role in ensuring the safety,
40	75		security, and well-being of the citizens of th is great state; and

42	76		WHEREAS, these employees work with dedication and integrity,
43	77		often performing duties that are physically demanding, emotionally
44	78		challenging, or that require personal sacrifice, all in service to
45	79		Oklahoma residents.
