A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to funding for recreation activities. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. The Legislative Revenue Officer shall study means for raising dedicated re- venue to support recreation activities in Oregon. The Legislative Revenue Officer shall sub- mit a report in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, and may include recommendations for legislation, to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to revenue no later than December 1, 2026.
