A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to the salary of chaplains under the Public Employees Retirement System. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. The Public Employees Retirement Board shall study the treatment of the salary of chaplains under the Public Employees Retirement System. The board shall submit a report in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, and may include recommendations for leg- islation, to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to general govern- ment no later than September 15, 2026.
